Golf cart lug nuts are the small threaded steel caps that go on the end of your golf cart wheel studs to keep your golf cart wheels secured to your wheel hub. Most American brand golf carts use standard threaded lugs which are are 1/2" x 20 in size, while Yamaha and other foreign brands of golf carts typically use metric threaded lugs which are 12mm x 1.25 in size.
