The data is in! No one sells more golf cart wheels and tires than the GCTS. How did we get here? We research and test our products, and have made it our job to educate our customers so they can get what they really want (and what works for their cart). After more than 1,160,000+ wheels sold since 2014, here’s the Top 10 most popular Golf Cart Wheels of 2025.
When it comes to golf cart wheels, you can mount them on tons of different tread styles and tire sizes... so to keep things simple again this year, we have organized our list by the most popular wheel (so you can ignore the pretty tires they are mounted on). However, most of the time we are showing you the most popular tire our customers tend to buy with each wheel style as well.
This year, we have seen so many new and awesome golf cart wheels hit the market! A wide variety of 10", 12" and 14” styles have made our list. And while we have seen a few 15" wheels start to creep up in popularity this year, they still haven't been as popular with our customers as 12" and 14" wheels. We are so excited about the quality that brands like TREX, GTW, Steeleng and LSI have been putting forth. We can safely say again that wheels and tires for golf carts have just never looked better than now!
Our statisticians have crunched the data. As always, narrowing the massive catalog of wheels on our site down to just a list of 10 is not easy. And everyone on Earth has different taste than one another. So to get our annual list, we mix historical sales with the current best sellers of the past several months that you guys are loving (and buying) like crazy. We shake that all up, and out comes the results! And now, for one of the most exciting lists we put out each year: the Top 10 Golf Cart Wheels of 2025:

10. 14" ATLAS Golf Cart Wheels
Introduced in 12 inch size back in 2021, the TREX ATLAS wheel took the No. 10 spot on our list last year. This year, TREX introduced a new 14 inch version of this very popular wheel and we instantly saw a major increase in demand for the all new 14" ATLAS wheel. All sizes of the ATLAS are definitely amazing, but the 14" wheel gives a little more "umph" for your cart. It's no surprise this wheel has stuck on our list for several years running with its TRD inspired looks. Add to that the fact that TREX has been churning out industry leading golf cart wheel designs since 2016, we knew when the 14 inch size hit the market it would become wildly popular right away.
Not only do these wheels completely change the look of any golf cart, but they do a great job balancing the elements of class and sporty automotive design all at once. Adding a set to your cart will have you standing out over your neighbors instantly.

9. 14" SCORPION Golf Cart Wheels
All new from Steeleng's BEAST line are the 14" SCORPION golf cart wheels. These wheels feature an intricate 6-spoke design along with two sets of doubled-silver rivets around the inner lip (between each spoke). This wheel caught our eye the second we got them into our warehouse last year, and the sales have been strong for them ever since.
We love what Steeleng is doing with their new wheel designs for 2025. They continue to widen their offering of fresh new styles, like this SCOPION wheel, in addition to having a wide variety of classic styles we have been offering for 10+ years now.

- Only offered in 14" size at this time (unfortunately)
8. 12" VULCAN Golf Cart Wheels
Last year, TREX absolutely knocked it out of the park with their new 12" VULCAN golf cart wheels. Available in three beautiful finishes, the first batch we got last year sold out in under one week, and the sales haven't slowed down since. Customers love this unique wheel style, which reminds us of flames. And we love it too!
We are still hoping TREX will offer this in a 14" size soon, but for now we are happy it is available in 12 inches. If you want to bring an aggressive, but refined look to your golf cart, then look no further than the 12 inch VULCAN golf cart wheels.

7. 14" BARRICADE Golf Cart Wheels
Introduced new to the market for 2025, the 14" BARRICADE wheel from GTW has become popular quickly with golf cart owners. We're happy to see GTW continue to step up its design game after a long period of rather generic wheels from them.
The only drawback to the BARRICADE is that it is only offered in 14" and 15" sizes. We'd love to see a 12" offering next year. But with two great finishes (Matte Bronze, and Matte Black), and offroad inspired styling, we are sure you'll love having these on any cart!

6. 10" BLACKJACK Golf Cart Wheels
Yes! 10" Wheels are still hot. The BLACKJACK golf cart wheel was number one on our list for 6 years running in its original 12" size. But with the release of the all new smaller 10 inch style this year, and with many new wheels from TREX pushing the market in an entirely new direction, it is the 10 inch version of this wheel that made our list as a hot seller in 2025.
Offered in either High-Gloss Black or Gloss Metallic Bronze finishes, the BLACKJACK wheel has been a STUNNER on our customers carts for the past 8 years now. And we are so glad it now comes in a smaller more versatile size. We expect to see this insanely popular wheel at many country clubs and neighborhood BBQs this year.

The 14" VOODOO golf cart wheel from Steeleng has been incredibly popular since 2015. And now, in 2025, this wheel is still just as popular as ever with our customers, climbing back onto our best seller list. The VOODOO brings a clean offroad look to any cart! 4. 14" VENOM Golf Cart Wheels
LSI Wheels has been quiet for a number of years... but that all changed with the introduction of 3 new wheels styles from the brand for this year, including the all new 14" RAPTOR golf cart wheels. These truck inspired wheels with full gloss black finish on the spokes and your choice of red, blue or silver accents became an instant hit with our customers, launching LSI into the No. 4 spot on our list for the first time this year.

3. 14" HD3 Golf Cart Wheels
The HD3 is a classic wheel style that has been around for more than 10 years now. And that is because this design is aging like a fine wine. In fact, the design is so good that the newer 14 inch version of this golf cart wheel came in at number 3 on our list this year!
The HD3 provides an automotive motorsport inspired look, and gives any cart upgraded style points (especially if you had factory 10" or 12" wheels). This wheel is known for amazing quality and machining, lightweight construction and good looks. It brings a level of sophistication to any golf cart.

2. 12" MAVERICK Golf Cart Wheels
You're probably surprised a 12 inch sized wheel is this far down our list this year, clocking in at second place! But one of the absolute best selling wheels in the world right now are the 12" MAVERICK golf cart wheels. The MAVERICK has taken the industry by storm since 2019, with its insane truck-inspired good looks, two classic finishes that match the Blackjack series (High-Gloss Black and Metallic Bronze).
Due to popular demand, TREX released this wheel in a 14” size last year (pictured above 14" Metallic Bronze), but the 12" size stayed ahead in sales last year! We can't keep these MAVERICK wheels on our shelves. And it is no different in 2025 either.

1. 14" SPARTAN Ball Milled Golf Cart Wheels
Moving up from 2nd place last year and slotting in at our #1 best wheel of the year is the 14" SPARTAN golf cart wheel. As TREX says on their company website, get your cart ready for battle on the street or course with the incredibly bold 14" SPARTAN Gloss Black/Milled golf cart wheels.
These 14 inch SPARTAN wheels are some of the most eye catching golf cart wheels we have seen on the market. And that is due to their "milled" CNC finish on all of the silver bits you see on the wheel. This leads to incredibly bright machined aluminum pieces sitting over gloss black paint. You can just tell in person that these wheels look different.
The SPARTAN wheel style hit the market in 2024, and was quickly followed by a 12" version as well for 2025 (due to popularity). The milled finished on the SPARTAN wheels cost slightly more than regular machined wheels, but they also look more elegant than regular machined wheels, and sit a level above what regular golf cart wheels do. So if you you want your cart to stand out from your neighbors, you don't need to look any further than a set of 12" or 14" SPARTAN golf cart wheels.
